How It Works:
- Two Axes:
- Y-Axis: Effectiveness (Impact)
- X-Axis: Ease (Effort)
- Four Quadrants:
- Quick Wins (High Impact, Low Effort): These tasks are the most valuable, offering high returns for minimal investment. Prioritize these first.
- Major Projects (High Impact, High Effort): These are valuable but require significant time and resources. Plan strategically.
- Fill-Ins (Low Impact, Low Effort): These tasks aren’t very valuable but are easy to do. Handle them when you have spare time.
- Thankless Tasks (Low Impact, High Effort): These are neither impactful nor easy. They should be minimized or avoided if possible.
How to Use the Matrix:
- List Tasks: Identify all tasks, initiatives, or projects.
